I don't think its easy. It's harder for the youth sports as you are dealing with minors and not professionals. But professionals have unions looking out for their best interests. Kids are at the mercy of what a group of politicians in conference rooms decide. Not ideal.

1000% correct. Note that the same agencies allow youth sports to go ahead with minimal restrictions.
